This policy covers bookyourheadshot.net, operated by Eric Cathell Photography, a headshot and portrait photography studio based in Millsboro, DE. It describes what information we collect when you visit this site or book a session, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request pricing or availability through this site, we collect the information you submit in that form — typically your name, email address, phone number, and details about the session you're interested in. We don't have public comments, user accounts, or a checkout/payment flow on this site: pricing, scheduling, and payment are handled directly with our studio after you reach out.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for your session, and follow up about your booking. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond running our studio and communicating with you about your session.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics tooling that helps us understand how visitors use the site (e.g. which pages are viewed, how people navigate to a booking request). This may set cookies in your browser. You can control or block these cookies through your browser's privacy settings; doing so won't affect your ability to browse the site or submit a booking request.
Third-party services
Our pricing/availability request form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us filter spam submissions. reCAPTCHA may collect hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and send it to Google. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Submitted booking requests are sent to our internal scheduling system so our studio can follow up with you directly.
How long we keep it
We retain booking inquiries and client information for as long as reasonably needed to manage our client relationship (including past-client outreach and scheduling future sessions), or until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@ericcathell.com. We'll respond as quickly as we can.
