Booking a session
Submitting a pricing/availability request through this site is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. Session dates, pricing, and any deposit or payment terms are confirmed directly with our studio before your session is scheduled.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Life happens — if you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as soon as you can. Specific rescheduling and cancellation terms (including any deposit policy) are confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Image usage rights
You're welcome to use the final images we deliver from your session for your professional and personal use — your website, LinkedIn, marketing materials, and similar purposes. Eric Cathell Photography retains the copyright to the images and may use them in our own portfolio and marketing unless we agree otherwise in writing (for example, under an NDA for a private session).
Website use
This site and its content are provided as-is. Please don't copy, republish, or reuse content from this site (photos, copy, or design) without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eric Cathell Photography's total liability arising out of or related to a session or this website is limited to the amount you paid for that session. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from a session, a scheduling issue, or use of this website. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or a session will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
